gun cartridges
Nurdles, pre-production microplastic pellets, also known as mermaids' tears,, are found in every ocean and on every beach. They absorb toxins including pesticides and endocrine. Floating or suspended just below the surface of the water, they are mistaken for fish eggs by marine life and seabirds.
Cartridge cases are mainly from Newfoundland where 'turres' (guillemots) are hunted for food all year round.
