Meg's Hamburger Bean, found on Porthtowan Beach Sept 2012. Its a Macuna urens, a climbing vine found throughout much of the American Tropics as well as on Pacific islands.

Entada gigas commonly known as the monkey-ladder, Coeur de la Mer or Sea Heart, a species of the pea family Fabaceae that is native to Central America, the caribbean, northern South America and Africa.

Velella Velella

Sea slug found at Cowrie Bay, Polzeath. A weird, ugly creature out of the water, rescued by Tessa and transformed into a graceful sea dancer.

Velella or by-the-wind-sailor, found by Meg, Trevaunance, St Agnes, are part of an ocean surface community. The direction of the small sail along the float (the oval blueish disc) determines the direction it travels.
